Sweetdogs started from humble beginnings in the early 1990’s on a hill in southern Minnesota. From a boom box tape recording to performing live in front of throngs of fans less than a year later, Sweetdogs was a band of mythical proportions for its many fans.
You can still see Sweetdogs perform live as of 2017. While all of the members have settled into what they deem “normal” lives, occasionally all or just a couple of members will plug in and perform impromptu performances around the world.
In the past few years, the impromptu performances have taken place all over their home state of Minnesota at local bars and private parties…If you are lucky, you might see them play for your party.
The band would like to throw out a huge thank you to their most dedicated fans that have been with them since their first performance at an arena in 1993.
